A good part of people have allergy from hair dyes as a result of a known ingredient called paraphenylenediamine (PPD) found in tattoo colors, printers, and so on.
Estelle - which now enjoys full health - wants hair dye companies to be more transparent about PPD and warning to make it clearer and more visible.
