Sure, 2025 has only just begun, but you'd never believe it based on the number of celebrity breakups that have already announced their splits. That said, it's going to be very hard to beat the number of couples who split last year.
2024 without celebrity couples like Zoë Kravitz and Channing Tatum (truly tragic) and Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly (at least for now) was sad enough. So yeah, expect this list to grow as the months go by.

Jessica announced the news in a statement to Us Weekly, saying, "Eric and I have been living separately after going through a painful situation in our marriage. Our children come first and we are focusing on what is best for them. Brandon Routh and Courtney Ford
“DC's Legends of Tomorrow” actors Brandon and Courtney have filed for divorce, according to documents obtained by TMZ. The two later released a joint statement on Instagram, writing: “After 21 years together and 17 years of marriage, we have decided to embark on a new journey and enter this next chapter of our lives as friends and parents. We are now getting used to being without each other forever as we navigate this wild adventure called life.”
Jessica Alba and Cash Warren
TMZ reported that Jessica and Cash were spotted without their wedding rings during recent outings, and sources with “direct knowledge” told the paper that “the couple recently separated and are moving forward with their divorce.” The actress and producer were married for 16 years and have three children together.
Kaia Gerber and Austin Butler
After months of rumors of a breakup, TMZ has finally confirmed that Kaia and Austin have split after only about three years of dating. According to the outlet, the two split "around the end of 2024" and the relationship "simply ran its course."
Naomi Osaka and Cordae
Naomi took to Instagram Stories to announce that she and Cordae had split after five years together, stressing that there was "no hard feelings" between her and the rapper, who has a daughter. "He is an amazing person and a wonderful father," the tennis star wrote in a statement. "I am honestly so happy that our paths crossed because my daughter is my greatest blessing and I have been able to grow so much from our experiences together."
