Sign #1: You no longer have an opinion about anything.
It's normal to sometimes not have preferences, but when this becomes your usual state, it can be a hidden sign of depression.
Not having an opinion means, in a way, suppressing your expression. Often this comes from the fear of rejection: we think that if we express ourselves, we will not be accepted by others, so we choose to remain silent.
