The perfect fall lipstick color for you, according to your zodiac sign

To help choose a new color for your lips this fall, astrologers suggest considering your zodiac sign.

"Depending on your sign, you will be drawn to different types of deep and mysterious colors," says astrologer Alyssa Polinsky.

In addition to your Sun sign, you may also want to look at your Venus sign.

“Aphrodite represents the things you love and value,” Polinsky explains.

So, the stars have spoken! Discover the lipstick shade you should wear this fall, approved by astrologers.

01. Aries

“Aries is our fire child, so we’re looking at very dark and sensual shades of red,” says Polinsky. “In the summer they go for brighter reds, and now they’re moving into deeper, richer reds.”

02. Taurus 

Taurus, ruled by Venus, is an earth sign that loves harmony, nature, and beautiful things. "They love flowers that grow, they love beautiful things. Taurus would prefer one of those '90s shades of brown, like terracotta," Polinsky explains.

03. Gemini

Gemini is an air sign and sociable. "They want something that stands out," says Polinsky. Favorite colors are purple, often with glitter on top to give a more vibrant look.

04. Crab 

Cancers seek comfort and familiarity. A classic shade of forest fruits is appropriate.

05. Leo 

Leo, a fire sign, loves attention. Red/orange shades with sparkle and charm are preferred.

06. Virgo 

Virgos are perfectionists and love classic brown lipstick.

07. Libra 

Libras love luxury and balance. Shades of purple and pink are preferred.

08. Scorpio

Scorpios are mysterious and love very dark reds, almost black.

09. Sagittarius 

Sagittarius loves long, fun colors, like caramel.

10. Capricorn 

Capricorns prefer deep, elegant shades of brown.

11. Aquarius

Aquarians love fresh and bold colors, like purple with blue.

12. Pisces 

Pisces love fabulous shades, like rich cherry.
