Prince Harry is considering options for Meghan Markle and their two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, to travel to the United Kingdom in July, after initial plans were called into question due to security concerns.
According to The Telegraph, Harry is considering allowing Meghan and the children to travel to Britain for just one day. The move comes after the family was denied state-funded police protection for the planned visit.
A source close to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex told the newspaper that the British Home Office, responsible for public safety issues, "has deliberately created conditions that make it almost impossible for the family to travel safely."

However, Harry is said to be "desperate" for Archie and Lilibet to be reunited with their grandfather, King Charles, who they have not met since 2022.
"The whole security situation and the constant speculation about where the family will be staying is making it increasingly difficult for the private security team to plan," the same source told The Telegraph. "Harry is a strong man, ex-military and knows how to handle situations like this. The biggest concern is the impact these moments could have on the children."
According to the report, Harry is considering the possibility of Meghan and the children flying to Britain for just one day. The newspaper adds that the family is believed to be already in Europe on holiday.

The Telegraph also claims that Harry has received assurances from Buckingham Palace that he still has "hope" for a family reunion with King Charles.
Meanwhile, on June 28, The Guardian reported that the British government rejected Harry's request for police protection outside the royal residences, thus jeopardizing the family's return to the United Kingdom.

A source close to the prince told the newspaper that Harry is not willing to expose Archie and Lilibet to the risk of being "followed by paparazzi everywhere they go, from the moment they get off the plane."
According to the same source, Harry is looking at other ways for the visit to take place, but fears that this will not be possible without appropriate security measures.
