The long-awaited trailer  for the third season of Euphoria has been released and has immediately excited fans. One of the most commented moments of the clip is the appearance of actor Eric Dane, who passed away at the age of 53 after a battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis ( ALS ).

The actor reprises his role as Cal Jacobs, the father of Nate, played by Jacob Elordi. He appears opposite the character Jules, in a meeting that has touched the audience. In the brief dialogue, she asks him:

"Do you remember me? ", while he replies: "How could I forget you?" , a moment that has been described as one of the most emotional.

Despite his serious health condition, Eric Dane managed to finish filming the new season before his death. The disease he suffered from affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord, causing a gradual loss of muscle control.

The third season also sees the return of familiar cast members like Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney, and Alexa Demie, promising an even stronger continuation of the story.

The new season of Euphoria is expected to premiere on April 12 and, according to reports, will tackle deeper themes such as faith, redemption, and confronting the darker sides of oneself.
