Yesterday, Beyonce and Jay-Z gave the first tour of the second tour of the tour called On the Run Tour II, in Cardiff, Wales.

The couple performed a full 43 tracks, some of Beyonce, some of Jay-Z and some of them. The outfits, of course, were as glamorous as the whole concert.

This dress is the creation of LaQuan Smith, dressed in transparent boots.
