Mimi Kodheli is charged with plagiarism

Mimi Kodheli, deputy of the Assembly, is accused of having stolen some foreign authors in her doctoral thesis titled "Inflation Targeting Regime: A Proposal for Albania". Under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Dhori Kules, Kodheli received the Doctor of Economics degree.

The research was conducted by an Albanian student at the University of Sapienza, named Vladimir Kola. His research and comparison of paragraph paragraphs to original affairs posted on Facebook Taulant Muka, who highlighted the plagiarism of former Deputy Minister of Education Ervin Demo.

"Plagiarism of the doctoral thesis of Mrs. Mimi Kodheli, with the leader Prof. Dr. Dhori Kule (at that time Rector), at the faculty of Economics, 'University of Tirana,' titled 'Inflation Targeting Regime: A Proposal for Albania', 2015. You can find the full thesis on the Internet at this address .

After many hours of searching on the Internet, I discovered that Mrs. Mimi Kodheli has copied several paragraphs of her PhD thesis, without citing the original author, meaning she has presented the paragraphs in question, as if she had written it.

On this occasion, I would like to thank Mr. Taulat Muka, who was the first to point out the plagiarism problem in Albania and also urged us to search the Internet for this scum.

As far as I can find out, Mrs. Mimi Kodheli has made the greatest copying of the article 'From Monetary Targeting to Inflation Targeting: Lessons from the Industrialized Countries' by Frederic S. Mishkin of 2000, of which duplicate two pages and a half of her thesis (pages 21, 22, 23 and 24) that correspond to pages 11, 12 and 13 of the English article that you find online at this address .

Other paragraphs have copied from the article 'Should inflation targeting be abandoned in favor of the nominal income target' by authors Stan du Plessis and Malan Rietveld, 2013, which you find online at this address .

There are also cops from the article 'Inflation Targeting: Holding the Line,' Sarwat jahan.

Below I give you a detailed comparison.

'From monetary targeting to inflation targeting: lessons from the industrialized countries', Frederic S. Mihskin, January 2000 (this article is placed on the list of consultancy literature, but as I said, Mrs. Kodheli has duplicated the pages I mentioned earlier , presenting it as if she had written it).
