Mishkin of 2000, of which duplicate two pages and a half of her thesis (pages 21, 22, 23 and 24) that correspond to pages 11, 12 and 13 of the English article that you find online at this address .

Other paragraphs have copied from the article 'Should inflation targeting be abandoned in favor of the nominal income target' by authors Stan du Plessis and Malan Rietveld, 2013, which you find online at this address .
