Taulant Balla, who served as a deputy for three mandates, was accused of plagiarizing Taulant Muka in his doctoral thesis "Reforming the European Union Decision-Making System. The thesis has received the Summa Cum Laude rating (Latin with highest honors).
Plagiarism was discovered by Alfonc Rakaj, a graduate of King's College in London and published on Facebook by Taulant Balla.
"Alfonc Rakaj, a graduate of King's College in London, reveals Taulant Ball's plagiarism! Alfonso was driven by the desire to see a meritocracy in this country. Mr. Balla, a public figure with political power, shows that he has graduated with Summa Cum Laude, which immediately raises doubts. The search result, as seen, is disappointing. This is not because it is Mr. Balla, but for his position, which among others is Chairman of the Parliamentary Negotiating Group in the European Parliament, "writes Muka on Facebook.
In contrast to other denunciations, in this case, Muka does not have any reference links, either the Doctorate of the Ball or the work from which it is alleged to have stolen the politician.
