Even though we expect to feel differently when it comes to age, when it comes to periods you will not feel much change though they will change as soon as you get in your 30s.
In fact, for a good part of the women the cycle will continue to be the same until the 40s, and for the rest these changes are noticed earlier.
However, there is nothing to spread panic, but if any of the changes below become a concern for you, the good thing is to meet a doctor.
1.Periods can come disorderly!
If you have recently introduced a baby, changes in the body will definitely affect your periods. It takes long enough for things to return to normality, especially if you are breastfeeding. If you think the disorders are more than you think, talk to a doctor.
2. Make it even more painful!
If you are not yet mommy, the 30th, will bring even more painful moments than before.
3. After birth, things change!
As we said above, most women show that they have no longer any pain during periods after pregnancy. This usually occurs after the midline is extended after delivery, and allows the blood to flow without much contractions that caused the pains of the past.
4. The cycle days can be extended
When a woman enters her 30s, both age and hormonal changes cause disorder in periods of time, usually making them last longer.
5. Lifestyle also affects!
When they reach this age, many women decide to try something new to improve their health. A healthier diet diet, abandoning bad habits, and other things like these. Apart from the fact that it's good news, remember that lifestyle change will affect your periods. If you notice something different in the cycle, think about how your daily life has changed.
