Bleona Mata's mother, missing since May 2010, has made the following statement, highlighting further allegations about her daughter.
In an interview with News24, Bukurie Mata appeals to the state to question and re-investigate all those accused of abducting the baby.
"It's been 10 years since my daughter disappeared and we have no information from the state, no green light for finding Bleona, for my only daughter. I had been seeking justice for 10 years! Five criminals go free, 5 witnesses go free, 5 girls who disappeared Bleona are free. "- she said, adding that she has already lost faith in Albanian justice.
Among other things, Mata said the ex-husband did not help during the process of finding the girl, saying that he and his sister (Bleona's aunt) might have a finger in the story.
"We have no relationship, we parted with the court. He as a parent never asks for the child, I don't know what parent he is. What a father he is, how ruthless he is, here too we can cast doubt that he may know something and he, along with his sister, is making us suspect that for 10 years he has not made any calls about finding Bleona. Our father-in-law makes a rare call.
Bleona lost track in May 2010, grazing her livestock along with five relatives. At that time, but also years later, the case of shrinkage, today 15-16 years old, shocked public opinion as long as there was no trace and the evidence was constantly changing.
In September this year, according to investigations by No Trace, it was alleged that Bleona and another 7-year-old boy were abducted by a Croatian national named Sadat Toscic.
