One of the advantages of social networks is its ability to be accessed by both computer and mobile. If you want to charge your phone peacefully and not touch it for at least an hour, you might like an Instagram photo from your laptop.

You can post photos and statuses on Facebook, just as you can exchange messages on Messanger. The only thing we can't do (at least so far) is talk on Instagram (Direct Message) from the computer!

Today, DM is the most popular way of communicating, not just for getting to know new people, but for interacting with friends and family as a whole. Until yesterday, we could only send messages to Instagram via mobile, since if you opened your profile on a computer, you had no option to create this access. Yesterday, (January 14th), the platform confirmed that it is conducting tests so that users can use DM from the computer screen. This option is currently being used by a limited number of users, until the change is complete!

When this happens you will see the inbox appearing on the computer screen and you will be able to return messages, send photos or even create groups without having to use your mobile.

The DM version of the web will be the same as the one shown to us when they launch Instagram from their smartphone.

Currently, the company is testing the change in a small number of users. If all goes well, you'll soon notice the difference!
