In an interview with the Sunday Times Style, the 32-year-old revealed that she is a temporary fasting practitioner. She tries to consume the last meal of the day at four in the afternoon.
Day to depart around eight o'clock. For breakfast, drink matcha tea with whole milk. During the day consumes fresh protein and vegetables. Rosie avoids red meat, carbohydrates and refined sugar. I eat dinner around 4-6pm, but not always. That man, too.
