In social networks, particularly on Instagram, a large number of users are putting a blue photo photo as a way of bringing Sudan's international massacre to attention.
The blue photo is attached to the #BlueforSudan hashtag # Blupër Sudan, referring to the chaotic situation in the country, where thousands of people were raped, killed and thrown into the Nile River.
Numerous Twitter users point out that there is not enough international coverage, while "an empty building in Paris" took all the world's attention, referring to the burning of the Notre-Dame cathedral two months ago.
Blue is the favorite color of martyrs who have given life to important issues in defense of the country and has now become a symbol of their dreams of a better Sudan.
In April this year, Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir crashed after months of protests. After that, everything has happened to have been violent attacks on civilian protesters (demanding the deployment of democracy) by the army, which has taken over the country's direction.
The transition period from one power to another has been tragic for the people. For weeks, the country has been disconnected from the internet, street killings, rapes and people are being tortured on the streets. Though people were quietly protesting and unarmed, the army has acted and exerted force against them.
