Tom Hanks and his wife, Rita Wilson, posted on Instagram an update on their health after being diagnosed with Covid-19. The 63-year-old actor and his wife are fine.

"Hello people. Rita and I want to thank everyone who cares about us here in Australia, ?writes Hanks. "We have Covid-19 and are isolated so we don't stick to others."
On Wednesday, Hanks announced that he had been diagnosed by clarifying that he and Rita "were tested, observed and isolated."

The new update reads: ?For some, the disease can have serious consequences. We are taking it step by step. We are following the advice of experts and taking care of ourselves to get through it. ?

The actor did not forget to thank fans for "prayers, love and support."
