"If we look at the map of Albania, we have a clear picture of the fact that the shock wave has not been the same everywhere. Which means that if we [facilitate the measures] everywhere the same and at the same time, we risk expanding the enemy's scope, which would unfairly cost everyone a comeback. That is why we will open everywhere, but not in the same way. ?

The easing of the measures will depend on the population as well as the spread of the disease.

"For example, in areas such as Gjirokastra or Dibra, where the risk is lower today, we will have more relief of measures, while in areas such as Kruja, Tirana or Durres there will be no relief at the moment, because they have intensity. population. Here we will have moderate relief. Facilitation will vary depending on the dynamics of the war. That fact must be taken into account. "

Such an approach will facilitate the movement and resumption of many activities in different areas.
