Justin and Hailey Bieber will take legal action against a plastic surgeon, following the latter's claims regarding the interventions Hailey may have made on her face.
In a letter provided by E! News, Bieber couple's lawyers accuse Dr. Daniel Barrett for "using name, image and fame" to "commercially promote the practice of his plastic surgery and spread false claims". He is also accused of using "copyrighted parts" referring to Justin Bieber's "Sorry" song in his video.
As you can see below, in a video on TikTok, Dr. Barrett shows two photos of Hailey and claims that she underwent an operation on the hun. In addition to rhinoplasty, he says Hailey has contoured her jaw, cheekbones and lips.

Barret told E! News that ?the purpose of the TikTok account is to increase transparency on plastic surgery and educate people about plastic surgery. The purpose of the video is not to devalue Hailey, but to share my opinion about the procedures I believe she has undergone. This is at the request of many of my viewers who follow me for this kind of information. "
Last week, after an Instagram account posted two "before and after" photos, Hailey reacted by saying, "Stop using photos that have been edited by makeup artists." The picture on the right does not show the way I actually look. I haven't touched anything on my face, so if you're going to compare me when I'm 13 and 23, at least use a natural photo and not one that's been edited so much. ?
