On Friday, paparazzi managed to capture some photos of Rihanna in the car, where she appeared tanned and with minor facial injuries, near a restaurant in Los Angeles.
The 32-year-old is recovering after a recent accident involving an electric scooter.
"Rihanna is completely fine now, but she slipped on an electric scooter last week and has some marks on her face and forehead," the singer's representative told People magazine.
He adds:
"Thankfully there were no major injuries and she is recovering quickly."
The statement came after "suggestions" from many media outlets that Rihanna was involved in a physical altercation, recalling the case of Chris Brown's violence in 2009.
