Marc McWilliams, former bodyguard of Chris Jenner, claims documents obtained by Us Weekly that he was "subject to unwanted sexual acts" while working for Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian.

McWilliams was hired in 2017 and he claims the misconduct started as early as the first month of work.

According to the documents, Chris made comments "of an open sexual nature" to McWilliams, as if he were making remarks about his physical appearance, asking about his sex life and suggesting "to have romantic and sexual intercourse together".

Around May 2017, Marc alleges that Jenner made "non-consensual physical contact," despite his "repeated" complaint to employer David Shield Security. He also claims to have witnessed Jenner making "shameful suggestive, sexual, sexist, racist, homophobic and discriminatory comments against him and his colleagues.

McWilliams was "suspended" from working with Jenner in September 2018, but continued to be the bodyguard for Poosh founder Kourtney Kardashian.

On Wednesday, September 30, Jenner's lawyer denied the charges against his client.

"Chris categorically denies ever behaving inappropriately towards Marc McWilliams. "The security guard worked outside the house and he never entered Kris' house," Marty Singer told TMZ in a statement. "Chris had very little to do with it. After the guard was repeatedly caught sleeping in his car while at work, the insurance company was asked not to assign him to work there in the future. "

News of the lawsuit against Jenner comes weeks after her family confirmed that Keeping Up With Kardashians was coming to an end in 2021.
