How long is it normal for anger to last us

What was the last thing that made you nervous today? Unmanageable traffic? The clutter of children at home or the tactless comment of a colleague from the adjoining office?

Any kind of thing may have made you nervous, but the issue is how long this kind of anger usually lasts you. An hour, a day or so you spend the whole week?

According to studies published by Harvard experts, it is said that anger should last a maximum of 90 seconds.

To feel a kind of emotion we have to think of something that then stimulates the brain to give an answer through the body's reaction. The time it takes for this whole process only takes 90 seconds and if you stay hot for more than 1 minute and a half, it happens because you recall the story in your brain.

Every time you do this, you re-activate the brain response. Whenever you choose to think about things that hurt you, create a physical response in your body. By remembering repeatedly, not only will you keep a negative space in your brain longer, but you will cause your body to experience the pain created by anger.

Another interesting conclusion of this study is that no one has the power to anger us. No one can stimulate our emotions and nerves if we do not allow it. The brain is stimulated only by our thoughts, by no one else. So without your permission, no one can make you nervous. The next time you get hot note how long it will take you and never rethink the situation.
