Ashley Tisdale talks about anxiety during pregnancy: 'I have never felt

Actress Ashley Tisdale decided to talk about the challenges of pregnancy on Instagram, sharing part of her experience.

"The worst part of pregnancy so far is plantar fasciitis," the 35-year-old wrote, referring to a condition that causes inflammation from the heel bone to the toes and gives a stabbing pain.

Tisdale said she "has never felt pain like this", and "hopes that once the baby comes to life, her situation will be relieved". The actress added that during this time she has made herself feel better with her morning and evening self-care routine.

She describes the pain "as if the soles of the feet start to tremble due to body weight", but what exactly is "plantar fasciitis"?

Plantar fascitis (plantar fasciitis or plantar fasciitis), according to the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, is the most common cause of lower heel pain. Each year, approximately two million patients are treated for the condition that occurs when the strong tissue that supports the arch of the foot creates inflammation.

Women who are pregnant often experience periods of plantar fasciitis, but this condition does not only affect pregnant women. People most likely to have this concern are overweight, or obese people, especially if you have sudden weight gain.
