All the reasons you can't achieve orgasm during sex

With the term "anorgazma" it is understood the difficulty or inability to achieve orgasm, despite stimulation and the presence of excitement. Achieving the maximum sexual pleasure is not always possible and the causes for this are numerous.

This concern is present in both genders, both men and women, although statistics show that anorgazma is more common in the female gender.

Anorgazm is often encountered during the sexual relationship between the two partners, although orgasm can be achieved with other practices, such as masturbation. There are also times when individuals do not reach any more orgasmic cases and have often not achieved it so far.

The origin of this problem is not entirely clear even by doctors, however there are several factors affecting the emergence of this disorder. They are divided into three groups: psychological, relational and biological causes.

The most frequent causes are:

1-

Anxiety about the success of the sexual report: this preliminary anxiety harms or limits intimacy with the partner.

2-

The relationship with the body: it may be that anorgazm comes due to a personal brake, which can be caused by uncertainty and lack of self-confidence.

3-

Psychological blockage that can come because the person in the past has been the victim of sexual violence, which can also lead to loss of feelings.

4-

Lack of clitoral stimulation: Women feel tightly occupied and ashamed, to express this need of their own and often tend to avoid discussing this subject.

5-

An inappropriate couple: Too often anorgazm is also linked to a certain partner as the partner/es has not happened to his partner/other/a.

6-

The use of narcotic substances and antidepressants also has an impact on orgasm failure and can have a restraining effect on it.

7-

A self-control: in this case the most predisposed to suffer are the harsh/critical persons of themselves, who hardly let themselves go to enjoy these emotional moments.
