Sleeping on the couch while the movie you are watching is coming to an end is tempting but not as perfect as it sounds. Sleeping on the couch is not healthy for several reasons:

Your armchair is "dirty"

The sofa has an incredible ability to collect a lot of dust. Not surprisingly, we use it every day, throw crumbs on it and just bring all the dust from other places there. Moreover, our guests also sit at them. Of course, you can clean them regularly, but it would be impossible to get rid of all the germs. Allergens, bacteria and mold spores can inevitably cause allergic reactions.

The sleeping position is wrong

Regardless of the shape or design, sofas are designed to sit or rest a bit, not to sleep. If you sleep there for too long, you will see that in a short time you will feel back pain and wake up tired mother.

You are more exposed to distractions

As a rule, a comfortable bed is usually close to a TV and is located in the living room. Even the slightest light from the TV can be the cause of your general fatigue. You do not understand, but you are harming and one of the most important processes of people, sleep.

Your armchair is uncomfortable

From small pillows, to blankets or material, it can all be why you are sleeping badly. Your freedom of movement will also be restricted. Consequently, your pressure points will not be released when needed. The next morning, you will have terrible back or neck pain.
