Singer Jason Derulo and his girlfriend Jena Frumes announced the birth of their first child in an Instagram post. 

"A brief overview of my first week with our little, beautiful and healthy 'king'. Life now has so much more meaning and I'm so grateful. I'm so much in love with this little boy, it's everything "I did not even know I needed to," Jena wrote on Instagram.

While Jason also revealed the boy's name: "Jason Kind Derulo".

"The happiest day of my life when we brought our little one (Jason King Derulo) home. He is very lucky to have such a strong mom!"

Frumes and Derulo began dating shortly before the coronavirus pandemic, according to People. The couple announced the pregnancy in March.
