"Those women who have been given the opportunity to be at the highest levels, I do not see these women well enough at the mission level. They are not raised to the level of mission, they just do, I think, to a greater extent, try to perform in their work. It's a very big word to be at the mission level. You have to think very deeply, it has to come from within. You have to get rid of personal ego. You have to think that you are not there because you are the best. No, they are not the best, there are many better. They were simply given the opportunity because of the capacities they have. "But they are there because a lot of investment has been made in them."

She went on to say that women in politics should serve as a catalyst for women's issues in the community.

"It has been invested by mothers, by teachers, by society. There was a big battle here in the 1990s and 2000s for [women in politics] quotas. It is an [very big] evolution that has nothing to do with these last years, it is an evolution of Albanian politics and society. It is a request that comes from within. They are there to embody this kind of mission. To be catalysts for the empowerment of women on a meritocratic basis at all levels, but also to address the issue of women in communities. "

"I would like them to know very well the problems of women in the communities," she said.
