Dates in the horoscope: What makes being born special these days

Some people, born on certain dates, are known as "cusp" - a term that means a transition point between two different states and in the horoscope refers to the days when a sign, for example Gemini season, is replaced by a sign next, in this case the Crab.

Astrologers share different opinions when it comes to "cusp" signs. Some think that these individuals, who were born in the period when the signs replace each other, may be influenced by the other sign. For example, if you were born on August 22, you are Leo, but you may also feel like a Virgo or have the features of the sign of Virgo.

According to Linda Joyce, astrologer and author of "The Day You Were Born: A Journey to Wholeness Through Astrology and Numerology", the dominant sign is that of the Sun. According to her, the sign next to yours is just something extra very small and not very important.

Other astrologers are of the opinion that this term is meaningless. According to them, the sign of the Sun is influenced by other factors. In other words, you can be Leo and feel like a Virgo, but simply because you have the Moon in Virgo and not because you were born near the day when the signs change.

However, if you believe the first theory, the dates when people can have the energy of the two signs are:

Aries - Taurus: April 16–22

Taurus - Gemini: May 17-23

Gemini - Crab: June 17-23

Crab - Lion: July 19-25

Leo - Virgo: 19-25 August

Virgo - Libra: September 19-25

Libra - Scorpio: October 19-25

Scorpio - Sagittarius: November 18–24

Sagittarius - Capricorn: December 18–24

Capricorn - Aquarius: January 16–23

Aquatic - Pisces: February 15–21

Pisces - Aries: March 17–23
