The 'golden penis' syndrome is probably why you are single: What is

The term "golden penis syndrome" was proposed by Sarah Lawrence, a student in an environment where 75% of people are women and only 25% men - to describe what can happen in environments (schools, cities, states) where heterosexual women outnumber heterosexual men

Basically, this means that since there are fewer boys, consequently fewer competitors, they can gain an excessive sense of self-worth and not try at all. So while these guys may have nothing special, since they are "less", "girls believe they have 'the golden' penis". A similar idea is supported by the author Jon Birger, of the book "Make Your Move".

Obviously, not every woman wants to be in a serious relationship, but for those who want to, this can be really problematic. In this context, boys know they have more options and theoretically, may continue to "match up" with young women and have less incentive to commit to a long-term relationship.

In a slightly different perspective there is another option: Fewer boys, fewer options for girls, consequently more single girls.

Notice the surrounding environment: work, university etc? How is the men / women ratio? Either way, do not be demoralized. Today, there are many ways to go out on dates, for acquaintances and connections (Tinder, other social networks, a club, etc.). The important thing is to remember your values ??and understand that bonding is something you have to do to feel it, not because you think "the time has come", "your time is running out, etc.".
