Last night, almost all Instagram users around the world received a notification that limited their activity on the network.
A good portion of people share "concern" with others, as if to tell us that such an icon does not appear only to us.
What was that announcement?
There is still no official response from Instagram to this, but what is known is that the table displayed on the screen is not something new. Most likely, the platform had technical problems that were reflected in the user accounts. Some of them said that they were not able to see their Story or their Feed, while others said that everything you came up with was a white screen.
The notice read: "We limit how often you can do certain things on Instagram to protect our community. Tell us if you think we did something wrong."
What does this mean? That Instagram is limiting some of your activities and this can happen if for example within a very short time you have "liked" many posts.
What to do if it shows up again?
Be careful in your daily life by reducing the number of things you follow or the likes you give. If the icon appears as soon as you give a "like", click on the "tell us" button, fill in the information and wait for a few days. Some other users have noticed that when they removed the links from their Bio description, the problem was resolved.
Another way is to log out of your address and log in again.
