For the first time in almost a decade, Singapore Changi Airport has lost first place in Skytrax's annual ranking of the world's best airports at the World Airport Awards.
Hamad International Airport in Doha, Qatar, which has been climbing the list for years, has been awarded the first prize in the category "Best Airport in the World". The Qatari government has invested heavily in the airport, which has achieved good results.
World Airport Prices are voted by customers in a global survey conducted from August 2020 to July 2021. The top 10 are:
