All the tips you need to keep in mind when sunbathing!

There is nothing that spoils a beautiful beach day more than getting sunburned. Tip number 1, first of all, is the simplest: If you get burned once, let it never happen again! 

Are you? Even this is simple. Use SPF. Every two hours.

Sunburn is simply one more option for skin cancer, premature aging and does you no good. The same goes for tanned skin. 

However, if this happens to you, here is what you should do after the burn to alleviate the condition:

1. Take cold showers.

2. Use good, fresh moisturizers.

3. Use after-sun creams, with aloe vera or other natural ingredients.

4. Drink as much water as possible.

5. Wear clothes that are as comfortable as possible and with fresh materials.

6. Treat the skin with potato chips cut in a circle to give the body a feeling of freshness.

7. Use green tea to tint the most burned areas.

8. Use SPF continuously.
