We have all encountered someone who insists in annoying and sometimes even scary. On the other hand, there are also people who have trouble saying "no" because they do not want to look "bad" or hurt someone else. However, sometimes rejection is necessary. Here are some ways to look at it:

1. Direct approach: "Thank you, but I'm not interested!"

2. It's just a bad moment: "Thank you. Very polite of you, but I'm not in the best position to go out now, so I have to say no."

3. The "I do not speak to strangers" method: "I'm sorry, but I have had unpleasant experiences, so I do not give the number to the first person who asks me."

4. Offer an alternative: "You know what? I don't give my number anymore actually, but you can give me yours."

5. Keep the tone carefree, spontaneous: "Hm, no, you live anyway."

6. Choose another alternative: If, for example, they ask for the number, give it to Instagram. If you do not prefer either, then do not even give your Instagram name.

7. Make it clear that you are not interested in more: "I'm not looking for acquaintance, but maybe we talk sometimes as friends."
