If you’ve been staying on Instagram lately, you’ve probably seen numerous comments across the multi-follower accounts that say “Nah he tweakin”.
It is thought that most of the comments are being posted by bots and not real people, although many users have joined the trend.

It all started with Lil Nas X and American skateboarder Tony Hawk.
As you may have read, Lil Nas X put up for sale a pair of sneakers that allegedly contained a drop of human blood. They sold out within a minute, but were criticized by many.
Hawk announced that he would put up for sale the Liquid Death skateboard "filled" with his blood.
The @rap Instagram page published the Hawk announcement that it would launch the skateboard and Lil Nas X commented "nah he tweakin".
People loved it so much and started commenting like this in every possible post.
In a Twitter post, Lil Nas X says: “Now that Tony Hawk has published the skateboard with his blood and there was no public outrage, are you willing to admit that not everyone really cared about the blood on the shoes? "And maybe you were annoyed by some other reason?" He implies that in his case racism and homophobia have influenced.
What does "Nah he tweakin" mean?
"Nah" means "no" in colloquial speech. The word "tweakin" in hip-hop and rap culture refers to someone who has received a lot of stimuli. In other words, it is used to describe someone who does not act rationally.
