The singer said that she trains "two or three times a day". It usually starts with weight training in the morning, walking or boxing in the afternoon and cardio in the evening. She added that the weight journey has been hers and hers alone and she does not plan to share every moment on social media.

"People are shocked because I did not make my journey public. They are used to people documenting everything on Instagram and most people in my position would make a big deal with a diet brand.
