Mary Jo Rapini, a psychotherapist who specializes in intimacy, sex and relationships, says the key is to make sure your relationship is strong enough to handle a common sexual fantasy and that it is something you both love. Communicate with your partner and choose from this list:
- Include paints, ice, food
- Make a game where you have to find each other's fantasies
- Put some fantasies on pieces of paper, close and select some of them in the form of bingo
- Try the "boss and clerk" scenario.
- Sexy nurses
- Police officer
- Athlete
- Create scenes from "50 Shades of Gray" or "365 Days"
- Have sex in a forbidden place or not suitable
- Invite a third person to join you
- Get involved in group sex
- Enjoy yourself while your partner sees you (or vice versa)
- See each other masturbating
- Include sex toys
- Striptease
- Go to a strip club
+ Include other ideas you have, but we did not mention them
