The MTV Europe Music Awards 2021 show is approaching and with many celebrities - like Justin Bieber, Doja Cat, Lil Nas X, Ed Sheeran, Olivia Rodrigo and The Kid Laroi - nominated for top awards, promises to be an event not to lost.
In addition to the great prices and definitely the red carpet, performance also matters. Colombian star Maluma will perform again at MTV EMA. This is the second time Maluma has performed since making his debut in 2020 with a mix of "Djadja" and "Hawái".
In addition to Maluma, the Måneskin stars, who gained popularity after Eurovision, will make their EMA debut. They are nominated in the Best Rock and Best Group categories.
Kim Petras, the future pop star of German descent who lives in Los Angeles, will also perform.
Last week it was announced that Bieber leads this year’s nominations with eight in total. I wanted Cat and Lil Nas X not far behind with six each. Ed Sheeran, Olivia Rodrigo and The Kid Laroi all have five nominations.
EMA 2021 will be held at Papp László Budapest Sportaréna in Hungary on 14 November.
