You can certainly easily distinguish skin color, but have you ever heard of what is known as skin tone. Although they look like the same thing, in fact it is not.
Shade or undertone refers to the "bottom" color of the skin and can be useful in terms of choosing powder cream, makeup, clothing colors, etc.
Skin tone is the color you immediately see in the mirror - light, light, medium, dark, something intermediate, and so on. Your skin tone may vary depending on factors such as sun exposure, but people usually know what color they are.
Are you subtracting (nuance) how is it divided?
Warm shade : skin is yellow, peach or golden
Cool shades : you have shades of pink or blue
Neutral shades : you have a mix of colors
How can you tell the skin tone?
1- Do you look better with gold or silver jewelry? If the answer is gold, you have warm tones. If it is silver, you have cool shades. If you do not notice any change, you probably have neutral tones.
2. When you dress in white, does the skin look pink or white? If the skin looks a little pink, you have a cool tone; if it looks yellow, the tone is warm and if you do not notice change, you are neutral colors.
3. What color are the veins? Green or blue? If they are blue or purple, you have cool tones. If they are green, you are in warm shades. If color is a mixture of both, then belong to the category of neutral tones.
If you notice that you have warm tones, you can use red lipstick or orange shades as well as a little blush. If you are in cool tones, stick to pastel colors.
