After a difficult week in hospital, Italian rapper Fedez returns home. Laid back since March 22, Fedez underwent a very complicated operation, as a rare type of tumor in the pancreas was discovered in his body.

Accompanied by his wife Chiara Ferragni as well as his parents, Fedez stopped to greet journalists as well as show him the situation after the difficult period.

"I'm fine, I'm glad I'm leaving the hospital." - he said, while not forgetting to thank his millions of followers through an Instagram post.
