The next cover of Women's Health may seem unbelievable to some people and in fact it is just as unbelievable to Hilary Duff herself, who posed nude for the magazine.
"I'm proud of my body. I'm proud of having produced three children for me. I've reached a stage where I'm calm with all the changes my body has gone through. I also want people to know that a makeup artist has put me on "shine all over my body and someone told me how to pose in the best positions," said the actress.

In an Instagram post, the actress said "it was scary".
"I knew this would scare me and I was right. But I did very well. I felt strong and beautiful and laughed a lot while taking some poses without my baggy high-waisted jeans or the things I normally wear. Thank you. to all who normalized this day for me and supported me with compliments and love. "
During the conversation with Women's Health, Hilary among other things spoke about the importance of mental health, saying that she tries not to miss her therapy sessions.
"We train to keep our bodies in shape and to look our best. We apply, apply botox, fix our hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. But none of this is worth it if it does not work inside. That is the most important part. of the system, "she said.
