In the final episode of "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Thursday, Jennifer Aniston did not spare the joke about the famous divorce from Brad Pitt in 2005.
Asked how she coped with the end of "Friends" in 2004, after 10 seasons she gave the most delightful answer she could give.
Jennifer revealed that she coped with it "with a divorce and therapy".
"Then I made a movie called 'The Break-Up.' "I said to myself, 'Let's finish it all and start a new chapter.'" She continued.
Aniston and Pitt remained married for almost 5 years before confirming the news of the divorce.
"We want to let you know that after 7 years together, we have decided to separate. The decision was reciprocal. We have decided to remain friends, maintaining respect, love and admiration for each other," the former couple wrote at the time.
Shortly afterwards, the actor married Angelina Jolie in 2014, a marriage which would also end in divorce in 2016.
Aniston, on the other hand, married Justin Theroux in 2015. The actress and Theroux publicly announced their separation in 2018. Despite divorce stories she calls all of her marriages very "successful".
As for the separation from Brad Pitt, it is widely believed that the latter has betrayed Aniston with Angelina Jolie, but nevertheless the couple remained first friends even after the sensational divorce.
