If you've been waiting for the right moment to DM your crush, forget it because this isn't it! Unfortunately the Instagram gods sometimes work in strange ways and recently, people are complaining that messages in Inbox are not working as normal.

The problems have been reported since July 5, when users started complaining about messages that they could not send, or other messages that simply disappear without any notification even though they have been sent. If you too have been faced with such a situation that worries you a little when it comes to *important DM*, you are probably wondering when it will all end. 

At the moment, there is no clear answer from Instagram about what kind of bug it is and how long it will take until the problem resolves itself again.

What can you do in the meantime?

Make sure you have updated to the latest version of the platform. Usually, problems are solved after you update to the latest version. Completely delete Instagram from your home screen and install it again. If even after these techniques the DM isn't at her best, wait and take it as a sign that you shouldn't write to your ex, crush or whoever is on your mind at the moment.
