Canadian singer Grimes has shared a photo with followers after undergoing a mysterious cosmetic procedure.

Grimes, 34, is leaving the internet speculating about what surgery she recently had — and many believe it has to do with her ears.

The singer posted a photo on Twitter and wrote:

"I did something crazy!"

And you know what it may have done according to followers? The ears! There's nothing strange about it until you learn that people suspect it's elf ears. 

While the singer has previously worn or modified elf ears, it has yet to be confirmed what Grimes' actual procedure was.
