Over the past year, Gen Z has been reviving 2000s trends, from thin eyebrows to clothing styles. Their latest fixation at the moment? Tumblr makeup . 

The trend is usually characterized by shiny, almost oily skin combined with dark eye makeup and lipstick. Simply put, this makeup is the opposite of "clean girl makeup".

Although clean makeup never goes out of style, right now, it's time for tumblr makeup.
