A tweet from British journalist Piers Morgan said that Andrew Tate was shot dead in Dubai this Monday.
The 57-year-old's account was hacked, so a bunch of suspicious posts on social networks weren't actually from him.
Alongside the status about Tate, other posts included insults to pop singer Ed Sheeran and even the late Queen Elizabeth II.
Tate, 36, joined the list of people "killed" by the hacker, who has apparently stopped because many of the tweets no longer appear.
The social media star responded to the news that quickly went viral with a post:
"Hard to kill!"
Tate has warned many times before that "agents of the Matrix" will kill him, saying that he would never commit suicide, implying that if "one day his murder looks like a suicide, then it is staged by those who they would actually kill him."
For those of you who don't know him yet, who is Andrew Tate?
Tate is a former kickboxing champion who rose to fame on social media, especially TikTok. Shortly after it went viral, social platforms decided to ban him because his statements were deemed offensive to women.
When Elon Musk bought Twitter, his account was reactivated.
