Between her new single "Shakira: BZRP Music Sessions #53" and her scandal with ex-husband Gerard Pique, Shakira has long been in the media spotlight.

However, this time, let's talk less about the events in Shakira's life and more about her abs!

Anna Kaiser, Shakira's personal trainer has decided to share some of her favorite exercises.

The pair have been training together for more than a decade, including preparing for Shakira's 2020 Super Bowl performance with Jennifer Lopez.

You can do each exercise for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds of rest in between.

2. High-Knee March With a Twist

3. Pilates Ball Ab Curl
