Gerard Butler remembers with nostalgia the days when he shot "PS I Love You", but also with a little embarrassment due to a somewhat aggressive incident.

The actor revealed that he "almost killed" Hilary Swank when the straps on his pants opened and quickly hit the actress.

"Remember the scene where I'm dancing and wearing the tirandas? I shot that scene for a day and a half and I had to dance like an idiot," he explained on "The Drew Barrymore Show." The actor revealed that it was written in the script that as he opened the tyrants, the clip - which was a "crocodile" style that is sharp and jagged - would hit him in the face.

“I crawl over to the bed, the clip opens, lets go, flies over my head and hits him on the head. It broke his head," he said. It was so bad, in fact, that Swank had to be checked into the hospital to make sure everything was okay. "I started to cry," he added. "Almost took his eye out."

Fortunately, the situation returned to normal and that moment remained just a bitter memory.

"PS I Love You" is a masterpiece in the rom-com category along with productions like "My Best Friend's Eedding" or "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days".
