First, it is important that you reflect on the behaviors and activities you do together, as well as the relationship you have with each other. You, perhaps, unconsciously influenced her so much that she also (equally unconsciously) picked up your habits and seems to "copy" you.
If you think the situation is disturbing, you can communicate with your best friend about the situation, set boundaries or make certain changes in the way you deal with her.
On the other hand, no one knows your relationship better than you - so you probably already know if it's something innocent or some type of "secret obsession" she might have with you.
Either way, if this bothers you - no one is forcing you to stay in a relationship that makes you uncomfortable...
