The movie "Barbie" has not been released yet, and yet, some photos made the rounds of the network. The film directed by Greta Gerwig, starring Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, will also star Dua Lipa.

The singer will appear as a mermaid Barbie with blue hair. "This Barbie is a mermaid," Dua wrote on Instagram.

Since the Barbie doll debuted in 1959, the iconic character has had more than 200 careers, ranging from doctor to astronaut. Recent promotional campaigns have transformed the doll into many forms. Today, there is a Barbie for everyone.

In the film, besides Dua, there will be other names who will play a specific Barbie, for example the actress Hari Nef as Doctor Barbie; "Insecure" star Issa Rae as Doctor Barbie; Ritu Arya as journalist Barbie etc.

The film will release on July 21.
