Grimes, the former partner of Elon Musk, has sued the former CEO of Twitter ( X ) over a matter related to their three children.
Claire Boucher, known as Grimes, filed a petition in a California court on September 29 to establish parental relations with the children, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
The request aims for the court to identify the legal parents of a child, when they are unmarried.
Elon has yet to respond to the petition, while Grimes has yet to seek child support or custody.
Although the case file is public, the files are sealed; however, it does not appear that the Tesla co-founder has responded to Grimes' petition.
Grimes, 35, and Musk, 52, had an on & off relationship until they ended their relationship in September 2021.
They are parents to three children, X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl and Techno Mechanicus.
