Jamie Foxx has reacted after an accusation that an anonymous woman has made against him, claiming that the actor sexually harassed her in a restaurant in New York.
"The alleged incident never happened," a spokesperson told Page Six, with Foxx's approval. "In 2020, this individual made the same accusation in Brooklyn. The case was closed quickly", claiming that even 3 years ago, the lawsuit was untrue.
Yesterday, according to TMZ, Foxx was accused of sexual harassment by an anonymous woman who claims he molested her at a New York restaurant around 11 p.m.
The woman and a friend of hers were having dinner at the restaurant when they noticed the actor and went to take some pictures with him. They asked him for photos and he agreed, telling the woman who sued him: "Sure honey, all for you." After they took some photos, he told the woman in question that she had a "supermodel body" and that she wore a very good fragrance.
The woman alludes that the actor then placed his hand on her lower back and touched her inappropriately. She states that he also put his hands on her waist and rubbed her breasts with one.
The plaintiff alluded that several people saw the incident, including security guards, but they simply left, even after witnessing the woman trying to escape the harassment. Then, she said things went to another level and the "Django Unchained" star slipped his hand down her pants and inserted one finger into her vagina and another into her anus. According to the woman, he stopped when her friend saw what was happening.
