Vin Diesel's former assistant, Asta Jonasson, has sued the actor for sexual assault. According to her, the incident happened in a hotel in Atlanta, in 2010.
 
She sued the star of "Fast and the Furious" in the court of Los Angeles, claiming that 13 years ago, he invited her to his suite after they celebrated in a club. She says Vin grabbed her by the wrists and pushed her onto the bed.

 
The plaintiff adds that the former boss touched her breasts and kissed her on the chest, despite her objections. "Ms. Jonasson was afraid to forcefully reject her boss, knowing that her leaving the room was essential to her personal and professional safety," the lawsuit states.

Further, it follows:

“But her hope died when Vin Diesel got down on his knees, removed her dress and touched her body, running his hands up her upper body, including her inner thighs.
 
Johansson says she got away from Diesel, going to the bathroom, but he followed her again and slammed her against the wall, putting his hand on his penis. Later, he masturbated.

 
At this point, Jonasson testifies that she closed her eyes and tried to mentally remove herself from the sexual assault, so as not to further irritate the actor. "Mrs. Jonasson froze in shock and was unable to move."
 
Then, she says Diesel fired her hours after sexually assaulting her.
